The movies news about the cruel of the puppet-master who intricate games that have terrified a community and baffled police and he has once again excape capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate him, Dr. Lynn Denlon played by Shawnee Smith as Amanda is unaware that she is about to become the latest victim to his vicious jigsaw cruel act. After finishing a shift at her hospital one night, Lynn is kidnapped and taken to an abandoned warehouse where she meets Jigsaw, bedridden and on the verge of death. She is told that she must keep the creep alive for as long as it takes another one of his victims. Angus MacFadyen as Jeff, racing against the ticking clock of Jigsaw's own heartbeat, Lynn and Jeff struggle to make it through each of their vicious tests, unaware that he has a much bigger plan for both of them.
The film was director by Darren Lynn Dousman at Liongate studio, producer by Mark Burg, story and screenplay by Leigh Whannell.
The next installment in the SAW4 series of horror films is set for release next Halloween on oct 31st 2007 after SAW 3 experienced the best opening yet for the gory horror franchise last weekend touching $34.4 million as sawII release last year touch $17.6 million while sawI $18.3 million in 2004.
